Health and Safety first!

Hotel Saraya Resort, implements all the mandatory protocols for the safety of each customer, as well as its staff and more specifically:

• Quick check-in procedure as of 15h from the room
• Complete information regarding the protocols through the hotel TV channel
• In order to avoid as much as possible contacts, the room will only be serviced upon request of the customer, as well as the towel or bed sheets change
• The check-out procedure at the latest 11h also has been simplified
• After each customer’s departure, the rooms are UVC sterilized  from mites, germs, viruses, bacteria and fungus with a certified special lamp
• The remote controls of the air condition, as well as the TV will be in a single use bag, which is changed upon each customers departure
• At the reception, the bar and all rooms, dispensers with antiseptic for the hands of the customers will be available
• We highly recommend our customers to wear a mask in the common areas of the hotel
• For the safety of our customers, the breakfast room will not service this year, but we have arranged that each morning a baker will stop in front of the hotel.
• At the reception desk a Plexiglas has been set for the safety of all
• The pool of the hotel is checked every 4 hours and complimentary chlore is added when needed
• It is mandatory for all guests to take a shower before entering the pool as well when getting out
• The air condition units have been disinfected as well as all the hotel prior to it’s opening
